The trust band is derived from five signal types across three categories. Static verifications establish a baseline. Human review can override or confirm it. Accumulated signals — audit outcomes and transaction volume — can only shift the band; they do not reset it. A major audit finding shifts the band immediately. Reversal requires a new human review cycle.
